About me
I got into vintage clothing by chance when I got passed a bag full of late 90s/ early 00s girls clothes. I pulled out a few outfits and tried them on my daughter, Luli. I fell in love with the colors and styles, it made Luli look so cool! I started looking for more and more which took me to visit my very first thrift store in the US. That was five years ago, and now I curate vintage for a living.
Getting to this point has been challenging and my shop has been a journey that parallels my own life. I was born and raised in Mexico City and always passionate about fashion and art. I used to dance hula and put on fashion shows every chance I could. To expand my world, I went to university in London where I ended up staying for almost ten years. There I was introduced to all sorts of cultures and learned how colorful the world really is.
I returned to Mexico City to open up a boutique in the historic area of Claveria. There I had the chance to develop my skills as business owner while honing my passion for fashion.
The next chapter started when my daughter was born, I relocated to Southern California and caught the vintage bug.
I love what I do and I hope that you love dressing your little ones in vintage as much as I love curating them for you.
Lulilu inspired from my daughter’s middle name "Lulu" aka "Luli".
